The University of Washington Master of Science in Physics program is designed for working professionals who wish to attend graduate school part time and earn a master’s degree in an exciting field on the leading edge of science. Department of Physics, the program explores the theory and applications of electromagnetics and quantum physics, and relativity, and includes advanced specialized courses for research scientists and engineers. This program is not intended as preparation for admission to the UW Physics Ph.D. program.
